Refund Policy
Transparent guidelines for cancellations and refunds for our partner bus operators and passengers.
Cancellation Terms
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both passengers and bus operators:
- More than 24 hours before departure: Full refund of the ticket amount (minus convenience fee).
- 12 to 24 hours before departure: 50% refund of the ticket amount.
- Less than 12 hours before departure: No refund will be provided.
Refund Process
Once a refund is initiated, it will be processed through the original payment method used during the booking:
- Processing time: 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank.
- You will receive an email and SMS confirmation once the refund has been processed from our side.
- In case of bus cancellation by the operator, a 100% refund (including convenience fee) will be processed automatically.
Important Notes
Please keep the following points in mind regarding your refund requests:
- Convenience fees charged at the time of booking are generally non-refundable except in cases of bus cancellation by the operator.
- For heavy rain, natural disasters, or technical breakdowns where the journey cannot be completed, the operator's policy will prevail.
- All refund claims must be made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure time.
